Lenny Dorfman

Lenny Dorfman began his career making documentaries, such as The Lost Cowboys and Dancing with Angels, which caught the attention of the advertising world. Since then, Lenny has won most of the advertising industry’s highest awards — including Cannes Gold Lions and BTAA Gold & Silver Arrows — directing domestic and global campaigns for clients such as Nike, Coca Cola, IBM, GE, P&G, Vodafone, Volkswagen, and Mercedes-Benz, who have repeatedly relied on Lenny for his ability to capture a visually compelling and emotional narrative.

Lenny is a Director Guild of America (DGA) Best Director of the Year Nominee, and his work is part of the permanent collection at the Museum of Modern Art.
 
Lenny has also conceived and directed programming for corporate brands and TV networks. He helped conceive and directed the pilot to Sundance Channel’s Iconoclast series, which ran for six seasons and was distributed globally by Freemantle Media. Other projects include: 2022 FIFA World Cup Bid documentary film starring football legend Zinedine Zidane, and writer-director of the bbtc7films production, Bring Back the Cat, winner LA IndieFest 2016.
